Manage Accounts & Team Delegation#
In the AuthVaultix Developer Dashboard, the Manage Accounts page lets you create sub-managers, co-developers, and resellers, assign them to specific applications, and delegate granular permissions with full control.
What is Manage Accounts?#
Manage Accounts is a multi-user team delegation system. This feature allows app owners to grant limited dashboard access to team members (managers) and key distributors (resellers) without sharing the owner account credentials.
Creating Sub-Manager Accounts#
To add a new manager, click the New Team Member button:| Parameter Field | Description | Example |

Granular Permissions Matrix#
Owners can independently enable or disable access for managers to the following features:USERS: View, edit, and reset HWIDs for user accounts.
LICENSES: Generate license keys and perform bulk actions.
SUBSCRIPTIONS: Configure subscription plan levels.
VARS / USER_VARS: Manage global and user-bound remote variables.
FILES / CHATS: Distribute files and moderate in-app chatroom activity.
LOGS / AUDITLOG: Inspect activity logs and security audit trails.
SECURITY: Manage firewall rules such as blacklists and whitelists.
Reseller Account Management#
Reseller Credentials: Set the username and password for reseller portal login.
Reseller Balance System Enforce credit-based limits for key generation.
Account Expiration Set an expiration timestamp for reseller access.
Account Operations#
Edit Manager: Update assigned applications, the permissions matrix, or the password.
Edit Reseller: Update reseller balance credits, allowed plan tiers, or validity.
Delete Account: Permanently revoke access for a sub-manager or reseller (confirmation required).
