AuthVaultix Refer & Earn — User Guide
Welcome to the AuthVaultix Refer & Earn guide! This document explains everything
you need to know about using the Refer & Earn feature in your dashboard, sharing
your link, tracking your referrals, and receiving free Premium Days.
1.
What is Refer & Earn?
Refer & Earn is a reward program built directly into your AuthVaultix dashboard.
It allows you to earn free Premium Days by inviting fellow developers and creators
to protect and license their applications with AuthVaultix.
As shown on your Refer & Earn dashboard:
"Invite developers to AuthVaultix. Earn +7 Premium Days for every developer
who integrates the SDK."
This means every time an invited developer signs up through your link and actively
integrates the AuthVaultix SDK or API into their project, your account earns
7 days of free Premium access added to your subscription.

Who Can Use It?
Refer & Earn is available to primary AuthVaultix account owners. You can access it
anytime by selecting "Refer & Earn" from the main navigation menu in your dashboard.
If your account type is not eligible (for example, subordinate accounts such as
Managers or Resellers), the Refer & Earn page will not be available and you will
be redirected to the dashboard home. Only primary account holders can generate
referral links and earn rewards.
3.
How to Get Your Referral Link
Getting your personal referral link takes just a few seconds:
1.
Log in to your AuthVaultix dashboard.
2.
Click on "Refer & Earn" in the left sidebar menu.
3.
At the top of the page, locate the card labeled "Your Unique Referral Link".
4.
Click the white "Copy Link" button.
5.
The button will momentarily switch to a green "Copied!" message, confirming
your link is copied to your clipboard and ready to share.
You will also see your personal referral code displayed in a badge in the upper-right
corner of the card (for example, Code: AVXD0136). Your referral link automatically
includes this code.

How to Share Your Referral Link
You can share your link using any of the convenient one-click sharing buttons
provided directly below the link box:
Copy Link:
Copies your full referral URL so you can paste it into direct messages, emails,
community posts, or documentation.
WhatsApp:
Opens a new chat window with a ready-to-send invitation message containing your
referral link.
X (Twitter):
Opens an X composer window with a pre-written post ready to publish to your
followers.
Discord:
Copies a formatted invitation message to your clipboard, tailored for pasting
into Discord server channels, developer groups, or private chats.
Friendly Reminder:
Always share your referral link exactly as copied. Do not delete or edit the
"?ref=..." part at the end of the URL, because that code is what connects the new
signup to your account.

How Does a Referral Qualify?
It is important to understand that simply clicking a link or registering an account
does NOT automatically grant a reward.
AuthVaultix is built for software security, so rewards are given when an invited
developer genuinely uses the platform to protect their application.
Here is the qualification journey from start to finish:
1.
Registration:
A developer clicks your link and creates an AuthVaultix account. The referral
is recorded in your dashboard as "Pending".
2.
Application Setup:
The developer completes their verification and creates their first application
in their panel. The referral status advances to "Activated".
3.
SDK or API Integration:
The developer connects their software project to AuthVaultix using any of our
official SDKs (C#, C++, Python, Java, Rust, Go, PHP, etc.) or our REST API,
and performs a genuine authentication request.
4.
Qualification & Review:
Once the integration activity is verified, the referral status changes to
"Qualified". At this point, the referral enters a standard 7-day holding period.
5.
Reward Delivery:
After the 7-day period finishes, your +7 Premium Days are automatically granted!
6.
When Will I Receive the Reward?
Every qualified referral has a standard 7-day holding period before the reward is
released. This brief window ensures all integration activity is genuine and protects
the community against spam or automated registrations.
Here is a clear example:
Your referral finishes their setup, runs their SDK authentication, and qualifies
on 10 September.
The 7-day holding period begins immediately.
On 17 September, the 7-day holding period completes, and your +7 Premium Days
become available.
You can monitor the exact maturity date and remaining days at any time inside the
Referral History table on your Refer & Earn page.
7.
How to Claim / Receive the Reward
You do NOT need to click any manual "Claim" button, fill out a form, or contact
support to receive your reward.
The entire process is automated:
Once your referral reaches the required status and the holding period is complete,
the reward is processed automatically according to the Refer & Earn system.
The next time you open your dashboard or during scheduled platform maintenance,
the +7 Premium Days are added directly to your account.
If you currently have an active subscription, your expiration date is extended
by 7 days.
If your plan has expired, 7 days of access are added starting from the day the
reward matures.
The referral status in your table will update to "Rewarded" with the date credited.
8.
Referral Statuses Explained
Your Referral History table displays one of the following statuses for each
invited developer:
PENDING (Yellow Badge):
The developer joined using your link, but has not completed their setup or
created an application yet.
ACTIVATED (Blue Badge):
The developer completed their account setup and created their application.
They are ready to integrate the AuthVaultix SDK.
QUALIFIED (Purple Badge):
The developer completed a real authentication using the SDK or API. The referral
is confirmed and is currently in the 7-day review period.
REWARDED (Green Badge):
The 7-day holding period has finished, and +7 Premium Days have been credited
to your subscription.
REJECTED (Red Badge):
The referral did not meet the required eligibility or activity criteria (such as
self-referral attempts or invalid signups). Rejected referrals do not earn rewards.
9.
Referral Stats
At the top of your Refer & Earn page, five stat cards give you a live overview
of your referral performance:
Total Referrals:
The total number of developers who have signed up using your link.
Activated:
The number of referred developers who have created their application.
Qualified:
The number of referrals that have authenticated via the SDK and are currently
in the 7-day review holding period.
Rewarded:
The number of referrals that have completed the review period and successfully
earned you Premium rewards.
Premium Earned:
The total number of free Premium Days that have been added to your subscription
through the program.
10.
Referral History Table
The Referral History table gives you a complete record of every developer who
joined through your link. Here is what each column shows:
Developer:
The username of the developer. For privacy and security, usernames are partially
masked (for example, d***r).
Date Joined:
The date the developer registered their account.
Status:
The current lifecycle badge (Pending, Activated, Qualified, Rewarded, or Rejected).
Review / Maturity:
Live information about where the referral stands. For qualified referrals, it
shows the exact maturity date (e.g., "Matures in 4 day(s) (Sep 22)"). For rewarded
referrals, it shows "Credited on [Date]".
Reward:
Displays "+7 Days" for rewarded referrals, or "+7 Days (Pending)" while in the
holding period.
11.
Sharing Tips
To make the most of the Refer & Earn program:
Share with Real Developers:
Focus on colleagues, friends, or project collaborators who are actively building
desktop apps, games, or tools that need software protection.
Include Your Link in Project Docs:
If you maintain open-source tools, templates, or tutorials, mention AuthVaultix
as your authentication solution and include your referral link.
Explain the Benefits:
Tell developers why you use AuthVaultix — whether it is the multi-language SDKs,
HWID protection, or clean admin dashboard.
Be Helpful and Avoid Spam:
Always share your link responsibly. Never post unsolicited links in channels or
forums where promotions are not welcome.
12.
Important Notes
Signup Alone Does Not Qualify:
Referral rewards require genuine platform activity. A referral only qualifies
after the invited developer creates an application and completes real SDK or
API authentication.
No Self-Referrals:
You cannot refer your own alternative accounts. Self-referrals and duplicate
accounts from the same user or network are automatically identified and rejected.
Holding Period Applies to All Rewards:
Every referral must complete the 7-day review period before rewards are credited.
Rewards cannot be expedited or credited prematurely.
Automated Delivery:
You never need to request a reward manually. Once the review period is complete,
the system credits your Premium Days automatically.
Program Rules:
All rewards and qualification criteria are subject to the current program terms
displayed on your AuthVaultix dashboard.
