Activity Logs#
The Logs page gives you complete monitoring control over application usage history, security events, and client API activity logs.
What are Activity Logs?#
Activity Logs record events sent from client applications and system security actions, such as login attempts, license redemptions, button clicks, and HWID checks.Client software can send custom log messages to the server using an API call.
Log Data Fields#
Each entry in the dashboard log view displays the following details:| Parameter Field | Description | Example |

Log Delivery & Storage Modes#
In AuthVaultix, logs are processed and delivered in two ways:1.
Dashboard Logs (Database Storage): Logs are stored in the server database (user_logs table) and can be inspected in real time from the dashboard page.
2.
Discord Webhook Logs: By configuring a Discord Webhook Link in the application settings, app events can be relayed directly to a Discord server channel.
Live Search & UI Controls#
Live Search Filtering Use the search input box to instantly filter desktop rows and mobile cards by log message, credential name, or date.
Responsive Views: Desktop table list view and mobile compact card layout provide seamless monitoring across all devices.
