Billing History & Subscriptions#

Billing History gives you full control to monitor past subscription upgrades, payment transaction ledgers, invoice downloads, and receipt generation.

What is Billing History?#

Billing History is the complete financial ledger for your developer account.
Whenever you upgrade your developer plan, purchase extra user slots, or renew a subscription, the system stores an immutable transaction record in the billing table.

Transaction Ledger Data Fields#

The dashboard billing table displays these details for each transaction:

Invoices & Web Receipts#

PDF Invoice Download: If the gateway provides a PDF URL, click the Download button to obtain the invoice file directly.
Dynamic Web Receipt Generator: Open the web receipt generator page to print or save a legal billing receipt.

Responsive View & Upgrade Navigation#

Desktop & Mobile Optimization: On desktop screens, the full data table view (#desktopViewContainer) displays; on mobile screens, a compact card view (mobile-user-card) adapts automatically.
Quick Plan Upgrade: If the transaction list is empty, use the direct Upgrade Plan button (payment) to choose a new subscription plan.
