    Manage Accounts

    Manage Accounts (Managers & Resellers)

This page allows you to create, edit, and delete accounts for Managers and Resellers. From here you can assign different access levels to your team/staff and prepare resellers to sell and distribute licenses.

    Navigate to:

    Win Panel → Manage Accounts

    Page Overview

At the top of the page you will see:

    • Manage Accounts (Title)
    • Create and manage Managers & Resellers (Subtitle)
    • Two buttons:
      • Manager (to create a new Manager)
      • Reseller (to create a new Reseller)

Below this, the page is divided into two sections:

    • Managers — accounts with limited access to the admin panel
    • Resellers — accounts that can sell applications or distribute license keys

    Managers Section

    Managers List (Desktop)

On desktop, managers are displayed in a table/list format:

    • Username
    • Email
    • App Name (the application assigned to the manager)
    • Created (creation date)
    • Action (three dots menu)

If there are no managers, the following message will appear:

    No managers found.

    Manager Actions (Edit / Delete)

Each manager row includes a three dots menu on the right side.

    Available options:

    • Edit — update the manager's username, email, password, assigned application, or permissions
    • Delete — remove the manager account (after confirmation)

When Delete is clicked, a confirmation prompt appears. After confirmation, the manager account is permanently removed.

    Managers List (Mobile)

On mobile devices, managers are displayed as cards. Each card includes:

    • Username
    • Email
    • App Name
    • Created Date

The top-right corner of the card also includes a three dots menu where you can Edit or Delete the manager.

    Managers Pagination

If there are many managers, page numbers will appear at the bottom (1, 2, 3...). Clicking a number opens the corresponding page and updates the managers list.

    Create Manager

To create a new manager, click the Manager button at the top. A modal will open:

    Create Manager

You will need to fill in the following fields:

    • Username — example: manager1
    • Email — optional
    • Password — required
    • Assign Application — select the application this manager will manage
    • Permissions (Block Pages) — choose which pages should be blocked for the manager

    How Permissions (Block Pages) Work

    Important rule:

    Checked pages = BLOCKED

    This means:

    • If a permission is checked → that page will be blocked for the manager
    • If it is unchecked → the manager can access that page

After filling the form, click Create Manager.

    • The new manager account will be created
    • It will appear in the managers list
    • A success toast/notification will appear

    Edit Manager

To edit a manager, open the three dots menu and click Edit. An edit modal will open:

    Edit Manager

    You can update the following:

    • Username
    • Email
    • New Password (Optional) — if left empty, the current password remains unchanged
    • Assign Application
    • Permissions (Block Pages)

    Then click Save Changes.

    • The manager data will be updated
    • The list will reflect the updated information
    • A toast notification will appear

    Resellers Section

    Resellers List (Desktop)

On desktop, the resellers table includes the following columns:

    • Username
    • App Name (the application the reseller is assigned to)
    • URL (reseller panel or landing page link)
    • Created
    • Action (three dots menu)

Clicking the URL will open the reseller link in a new tab (target="_blank"). If the URL is empty, a default link may be displayed (such as a reseller page).

If no resellers exist, the following message will appear:

    No resellers found.

    Reseller Actions (Edit / Delete)

Each reseller includes a three dots menu with:

    • Edit — update reseller username or password
    • Delete — remove the reseller account (after confirmation)

After confirming deletion, the reseller account is permanently removed.

    Resellers List (Mobile)

On mobile devices, resellers are displayed as cards containing:

    • Username
    • App Name
    • URL (clickable)
    • Created Date

You can edit or delete the reseller using the three dots menu in the top-right corner.

    Resellers Pagination

If there are many resellers, page numbers will appear at the bottom. Clicking a number loads the next page and updates the resellers list.

    Create Reseller

To create a new reseller, click the Reseller button at the top. A modal will open:

    Create Reseller

    Fill in the following fields:

    • Select Application — choose which application the reseller will manage
    • Username
    • Password

    Then click Create Reseller.

    • The reseller account will be created
    • It will appear in the resellers list
    • A success toast/notification will appear

    Edit Reseller

To edit a reseller, open the three dots menu and click Edit. A modal will appear:

    Edit Reseller

    Here you can:

    • Change the Username
    • Set a New Password (optional — leaving it empty keeps the current password)

    Click Save Changes.

The reseller information will be updated and the list will refresh.

    Right Click Context Menu (Global)

On desktop, you can also right-click a manager or reseller row. A small context menu will appear:

    • Edit
    • Delete

Clicking Edit opens the account modal. Clicking Delete shows a confirmation prompt and removes the account after confirmation.

    Toast / Messages

Whenever you create, edit, or delete an account, a small notification (toast) appears at the top or bottom of the screen. This message indicates whether the action was successful or if an error occurred.
