Licence Management

To manage your license keys, first open your dashboard and go to:

Win Panel → Licence

This page allows you to generate, copy, edit, and delete license keys for your selected application.

Before You Start

Make sure you have selected an application first from the Applications page.
If no application is selected, the Licence page will show:

Please select an application to view licenses.

Step 1 — Filter Licenses by Subscription

At the top of the page, you will see a dropdown called Subscription.

If your app is selected, you will get:

Show All Licenses
[Subscription Name 1]
[Subscription Name 2]

...

Select any subscription to filter your list.
Choosing Show All Licenses will display every license for that application.

Step 2 — Change Rows Per Page

Next to the filters, you will see a Rows option:

10 rows / 25 rows / 50 rows / 100 rows

Selecting a new value will reload the page and show that many licenses per page.

Step 3 — Generate New Licenses

Click the Generate button.
A modal will open called:

Generate Licenses

Inside the modal, you will see:

License Mask (format of key, example: --******)
Amount (how many keys to generate)
Subscription Length (how long access lasts after key is used)
Key Expiration (time until the key itself expires if not used)
Character Set (lowercase / uppercase toggle)
Note (optional comment)

After filling details, click Generate.

Result:

New license keys will be created
A success toast will appear
The page reloads and the new keys appear in the list

Step 4 — Copy a License Key

Each license row contains a Copy icon.
Click it to copy the license key instantly.

Result:

The key is copied to your clipboard
You will see a toast message: Key copied!

Step 5 — Understand Status & Expiration

In the list, each license shows:

Status: Active = key is unused and ready
Status: Used = key has already been redeemed

Expiration column:

If expiry is set, you will see a date
If expiry is not set, you will see: —
If the expiry date has passed, it may appear in red

Step 6 — Bulk Actions (Delete Used / Unused / All)

Click Bulk Actions to open options:

Delete Used
Delete Unused
Delete ALL

After clicking any option, you will get a confirmation popup.

Result:

Delete Used removes all used keys for that app
Delete Unused removes all active/unused keys for that app
Delete ALL removes every key for that app

Note:
If your plan/role does not allow deletion (example: tester), you will see a warning toast:

Upgrade plan needed to delete licenses.

Step 7 — Select Multiple Licenses (Desktop)

On desktop, you can select multiple licenses:

Click and drag to select multiple rows
Or use right click menu → Select

After selecting multiple rows, press:

CTRL + C

Result:

All selected license keys are copied (one per line)
You will see a toast: Copied X licenses!

Step 8 — Open the Context Menu (3 Dots / Right Click)

Each license has a three dots button.
Click it (or right click the row) to open the menu:

Select
Deselect
Edit License
Copy Info
Delete License

Edit License

Click Edit License to open the edit modal.
You can:

Update Note
Extend by adding Duration

Click Save Changes.
Result:

License updates are applied
Toast shows success
Page refreshes to show updated data

Delete License

Click Delete License.
If you selected multiple licenses, it will delete all selected.

Result:

Confirmation popup appears
After confirm, selected license(s) are deleted

Mobile View

On mobile, licenses are shown as cards instead of a full table.
You can still:

Copy key
View subscription
See status (Active / Used)
See created date

Pagination (Bottom)

At the bottom you will see:

Showing X to Y of Z entries
Prev and Next buttons
Page numbers

Click any page number to navigate and load more licenses.
