    How much does AuthVaultix cost?#

    AuthVaultix offers different subscription plans ranging from
    Free to Developer USDT1.20/mo Seller USDT2.30/mo.
    Both monthly and yearly subscription options are available.

    Are there any discounts?#

    If you are migrating from another service,
    you can contact our Support team to receive a 20% discount.
    You can contact us using:

    • Discord Server: (Dashboard profile icon → Support/Contact option)
    You will need to provide proof of purchase or usage of the other service.
    Additionally, if you purchased a yearly developer subscription
    and want to upgrade to seller yearly,
    you may receive a 50% discount.
    Please note:
    • This discount only applies to developer yearly → seller yearly upgrades.
    • Attempting to use it on any other plan will either require paying the full amount
      or result in no discount being applied.

    Why wasn't my account upgraded after purchase?#

    If your account was not upgraded immediately after purchase,
    there may be a few possible reasons:
    • Payment is still pending or verification is delayed
    • An incorrect Owner ID was entered during checkout
    • Payment details (such as UTR ID) were not provided
    • You may need to contact the support team and provide proof of purchase
    You can find your Owner ID on the App Settings page.
    Simply contact support and provide your
    Order ID & UTR ID along with your Owner ID,
    and your account will be manually upgraded.
